or anything, I repeat, just anything, in this world except super powers,
you can get it through this meditation process. Think what you want to get what you think are results.
But
don’t think it’s a magic or like aladin’s lamp that can make you rich
or get anything desired instantly. You have to meditate twice a day for a
period of 20-30 minutes each time. Don’t even think about the
impossibility about the fact. But continue meditating until you get the
desired result. And don’t ever disclose your desire until you get it. I
have got an estimate that it requires minimum one month to one year to
fulfill the desires.
Great meditation, simple procedure
- Find a quiet and peaceful place, where you won’t be disturbed by anyone.
- Sit on a sofa or lie on the bed. Whatever your position is, keep your neck straight to your backbone.
- Now close your eyes. Leave your body on the sofa or bed. Make your stressed parts relaxed.
- Breathe
deeply. Think- Fresh air around you is entering into your body while
inhaling; and think- polluted air is getting out of your body while
exhaling.(inhaling and exhaling 4-7 times each)
- After breathing, just autosuggest within your mind: “Whenever I will recite ‘relax’ three times, thereafter, I will be in my waiting room. ”
- Then
say ‘relax’ three times and imagine that now you are in your waiting
room. Imagine that your waiting room is spacious, but quiet because it
permits only you to go to your own sweet home.
- Now
you will countdown from 19 to 0 to reach to your dreamland. Just
autosuggest within your mind-‘whenever I will recite from 19 to 0, I
will be in my sweet home instantly.’
- Then
slowly count down along with your breathing. During inhaling count- 19.
During exhaling, count- 18, again during inhaling count- 17 and so on.
Your breathing and counting must be normal, must go parallel, not
speedy.
- While counting you may imagine that you are in a lift and getting down from 19th floor to 0th floor, i.e. ground floor. Or say, you are in a train, it is moving pretty fast, from 19th station, the waiting room, to your sweet home, the 0th
station. with each breathing, it pasts one station and you count 19,
18, 17 and so on. Or you may visualize anything that suits you.
- When you reach at 0, imagine that you are in your sweet home. Enter into your sweet home and rest in the drawing room.
- When
you are in your sweet home, actually you are very much closer to your
subconscious mind at that time. Your brain is radiating alpha waves at
that time. Any disturbance or excitation breaks this quiet and peaceful
alpha level. It has been scientifically proved, so don’t worry about
that. Our target is to get maximum benefit from our subconscious mind,
which can do anything, anything in this world!
- Now
autosuggest yourself: “I am getting better and successful in all the
ways of life.” At least say it 15 times. The more, the better.
- Now you will go to your command center to solve your problems and for the welfare for all.
- To
go to your command center, autosuggest- “Whenever I count down from 10
to 0 in this drawing room, I will be in my command room.” Then
just walk into the lift and press the command center button. Imagine
that the lift is going deeper, passing the underground floors one by
one. You count down from 10 to 0 to reach at the command center.
- You
see the command center is full of sophisticated equipments- to heal
body and the mind. Imagine what you need and see that they are in your
command center.
- The
most important feature of all is the vision desk in the middle of the
command center. That consists of a chair for you to sit on in front of a
large desk upon which there are three wide screen monitors. Please sit
on the chair. You see the left monitor is named- past, middle is the
present and right is named as future. They are used to see the past,
present and future of a person or thing.
- Now choose one of your problems that is at the stack and that requires immediate solution.
- See the present condition in your present screen. Just take a glimpse for a few seconds.
- Now
Look at the future screen. Imagine that the problem is solved and now
you are happy, all are happy. Recite “my—— problem is solved. Now I am
happy” at least 10 times. Don’t imagine or see how the problem is solved
but imagine only the solution. You must admit that you are not wiser
than your subconscious mind. Perhaps you think this is the best way to
solve, but you don’t know that there are far better ways to solve it
that will make all of you happy. It is the only condition here that
should be followed. Otherwise, I can’t guarantee that the system will
work!
- It
is suggested that you give only one problem at one time. After that
problem is solved, you take another one. This is how the system should
work.
- Now
your task is done in your command center. You simply suggest yourself,
“I am now counting 0 to 7, and after that I will be fully awake.”
- You
don’t need to leave the command center. Just start counting up from 0
to 7. As counting is finished, you open your eyes and say, “I am fully
awake”.
- That’s all. Now you can go anywhere.
Don’t
talk about your aim or desire to anybody. You keep it concealed within
your mind until it happens. Be patient. Generally it takes 6 month to 1
year to fulfill your desire. Be confident that you must get it. You will
be surprised by the way it will have been solved.
